Hey man. Was hoping you can help me out I wired everything as listed but the gauge doesn't seem to have any power. Any way you can help me with that?

I would check on the wires of both sides of the gauge, maybe it was damaged?

Did you have the evap harness or the rear o2 signal harness

I went with the o2 sensor harness. Reason for this is that, I was going to use the evap harness for my boost controller. If you're not running the boost controller the evap harness will work as well.

Does the rear o2 wire just wire up to the signal wire on the eca box with the ign. power & ground? The rear o2 does not need to be connected to the ecu?

@@dashoutpat my kit was straight plug N play through the o2 sensor. I think the older version needed to be rewired. And yes, the rear o2 sensor does not need to be connected. It is usually disabled in any custom tune, so no CEL as well. For flex fuel, the ecu will use the voltage coming in from the rear o2(nowthe FF kit) and convert that to e85 reading.

@@brzser8387 perfect thanks. I'm also making my own rear o2 harness, are you able to tell or show me a picture of which part/pin of the harness has the one wire going out of it? I bought the kit 2nd hand and it didn't include it.

Did you ever have an issue with water gettin on the flex fuel kit?

Its actually been raining here in california lately, and has been checking my engine bay for this reason. So far engine bay looks dry and sealed. 👍

BRZSer Did you get tuned by Xero Limits? If so I have questions regarding getting the Flex Fuel Kit from them and getting tunes by them as well

@@JR_86 No, I wasn't tuned by them. Different tuners can also tune it just as with any other flex fuel kits. I went with HRI tuning reason being is that James is a reputable tuner in this platform as well as his tunes are "unlocked". Company such as CSG (Zack Tucker), and delicious tuning (Bill) are also popular choices.

BRZSer Ohhh I see how much does HRI Charge to get a flex fuel tune? And so you bought the flex fuel kit from Xero Limits for how much? And do you have the link by chance? Ty btw for the info I appreciate it.
