Here's the first update for my Road to Baki series. I'll be trying to film and upload an update about every 6 weeks or so. The biggest change with this first video is I went from my heaviest of 307 and down to about 297. over the course of the first 6 weeks, my body has already started feeling more energized. My kicks feel more consistent when going high, and itll get easier from here.
Narrowing down my diet for more consistent energy levels as well as finding ways to eliminate stress eating, which is huge for me.
Any technique changes and fixes I come across will be addressed in the following video. Hope any information from this helps someone in some way. Do your best!!!

So great to see you getting healthier by using martial arts bro, not sure if you already are but going to actual classes obviously helps alot, trust me no ones gonna make fun of you if you keep at it!!

I’m an instructor, bro. 👍 All/most of the videos I’ve filmed about martial arts have been in our dojo. But teaching and even participating in classes isn’t enough without PURPOSEFUL effort. I’ve had jobs where I lift heavy stuff all day while getting marginally, very marginally, stronger with 0 weight loss.
