You need to work on literally everything. 1. Footwork. 2. Punches. 3. Body positioning before and after punching. 4. Feints. 5. Defense too. Leave yourself wide open every time you throw something. Do you have a coach? What is he even doing?

@@Teymur69420 yea. Don't get into the mindset of "oh I can be sloppy and slack on my form because I'm just hitting the bag anyway" too. Cause it'll form bad habits that'll go into your actual fights. Keep up the work.
