This is still motivational stuff a few years on. Love the point where Blu says about the teamwork, you never hear a triathlete say that. “First I take on the world, next my team mates”, love it. 🙌😎🇫🇮

The look on your face as you came up to the finish probably thinking of all the work you've done, then you're legs nearly fell off when you got to the line. You really did empty the tank that day, it was unbelievable. Good on you mate, keep training hard

Here in England, annoyingly a lot of foolish people assumed Kristian was doping just because he looks physically different from a typical triathlete body and because he beat their Yee at the last stretch with his impossible sprint. This video just goes to show all the training and years of pain it took to get that gold! Not doping just pure GRIT. What a champ 🏆

@@DublinDapper the Norwegian training regime is at absolute world class level! No other teams are close to that.. and on top of that they are a group of guys AND girls who travels almost 300 days a year living, eating, training together 24/7 and still love it.. remember myself on training camp for 2 weeks with a group of different teammates and it’s not always easy… so they are lucky too have such a good group that gives energy an push rather than frustration and conflicts…
