I follow you guys (national norwegian triathlon team) for quite some time now .and have to say that your are doing great work!! I appricieate that you started you YT channel aswell. It keeps me motivated and since I do not have that many frieds who also share my passion for TRI, you become my vitrual friends now :). I live in Norway - (på bygda) and there are not many TRI /cycling clubs here. I have been training running , swimming an cycling on my own( selv coached) last 5 years but i struggle to get any signinficant improvements . I was trying to find myself a coach on the internet, but this is not an easy task either ( I prefer norwegian coach). I wonder if you have some ideas her. Do you know anybody who is coaching triathletes on 0-1 skill level.Any place where I should look for?. Any help will be much appriciated.
