Yo! Just curious how many reps do you do for BB squats & RDL’s man? Cause I feel like you can definitely move more weight than 135-225. Since you want to build strength and size in your legs it’s more effective to move heavier weight in a smaller rep zone. Like idk if you can do 315 on squats. But doing 6-8 reps for your working sets with heavier weight is gonna be better for strength and gains! Keep up the good work tho bro! Your grind motivates me
