I had my acl reconstructed a few years ago. The pain is bad but the worst part is the sort of depression that sets in. You hope everyday to get back to normal. Keep at it champ you will. I did.

At first my recovery was going good, but I had to work so couldn't focus on recovery, went from 85kg to now 127kg suffering all kinds of stuff being overweight, went from being the Fit Guy to the Fat Guy :(

Funny I come across this video today after finding myself limping around. Had ACL/meniscus repair back in 2011 and 2013 and probably need another one but man for the avg guy that's a lot of $. Keep your knees healthy you need them for life!
