kalenhouse Not really, in every single chest video flex tells people to pull their elbows back and flare them out to the sides. That’s literally the quickest way to destroy your shoulders. You’re supposed to tuck your elbows.

You keep doing your 135 pump sets,let me stay with my 275 incline pump sets niw who has a bigger muscle? Weight is relative,if they are close to comp like a week away you dont need to lift heavy and rest up with these type of workout.Not all year round.
@ivandrago94865 жыл бұрын
@@mirkomilojkovic2129 not only that. These idiots forget that flex and these PROS are genetic freaks who make gains just looking at the weights. Plus you throw in anabolics and their muscles respond incredibly....the average person has to train totally different...

I agree with this stuff of not lifting heavy ,but at some point you have to raise the weight i mean doing pump work with 135 is way more easy than 225,275 for example.I have couple of guys in my gym who are heavy users of gear good guys,but they handle girly weights i mean 110 lbs barbell,on rows,benches and even lighter on shoulder presses ,and thry look like they are not on gear but if they start pushing heavy weight they would look even better thicker.

@MrZOMBIEAsh5 жыл бұрын
Longer time under tension, more reps which stimulates the muscle more and tearing more muscle fibres. Add that to his form it’ll get more blood into the muscle and stimulate it more than going heavy for 10-12 reps

They are suppose to be a way better workout for the chest than the barbell bench though because they work stabilizers too which explains why theyre harder.
