Western States 100 race debrief. What a day, best race of my life and I couldn’t be happier with how the day went! Check out the last video of this series… dont worry there will be more for the next race!!
Western States is over!! Thanks so much for following along with the journey, its been so fun to share the training and my feelings with you all.

Amazing achievement, was great following you on race day. I did UTS 50k and still can’t believe how much faster you run than us regular people, just superb and great to compare. You prepared and executed superbly.

a weekly mileage of 200km is pretty wild - how sustainable is that for you? do you need to block training? do you still do short session? would love more insights in training!
