Are there neighborhoods back there?? Is that Braithwaite?? That's out there. Slot machines were stored out there on ship. We had to go get them there for treasure chest or star casino. I think star. 1993 or 1994

This is New Orleans. English Turn is the one main neighborhood down there, which I believe is the wealthiest neighborhood within the City of New Orleans. Along the river road are larger plots of land that were/are farms and were mostly part of Stanton Plantation, which was a sugar plantation and at one time had a big sugar processing plant. I think that was divided up into smaller pieces of land in the 60s. Braithwaite is in St Bernard Pariah, across the river from Belle Chasse.
