Chad, thankyou for the inspirational words at the start. They are really hitting home with me, especially today. I'm in a job I hate and need these kind of reminders that I have the power to let it all go and create my own path in life. Vids are awesome, and I'm totally on to buy myself a vanagon. Thanks again man.

Right after you spoke to Chad and talked about the importance of those who transport our goods, I noticed the new and perfect blacktop road that you were driving on. The efforts of many people went into that, but we rarely think of such things when driving up the road. The crew that blacktopped that road was critical in your journey and critical in all of our journeys. We all play our part; the beauty is in seeing it.

I think it's all the above as to why you are enjoying your meals more. You work up an appetite because you do a lot before you start cooking since you are chopping wood and getting the fire going. I think it's great that you make more meals from scratch and prep everything. But, by the time, you finish cooking, you should and need to enjoy your meals! And that time pays off because your food looks good. I enjoy watching your channel.
