Amazing Redwoods reminds me of the movie Avatar. Just out of curiosity, have you been to the Multnomah Falls? Is it as awe-inspiring as it is in photographs? Not trying to be a wet blanket or anything... how's the Lance coming along?

Thanks for watching. Your comment about Avatar is spot on. We actually went up to a rainforest in Washington over the weekend. Working on that video now. I told Kim it reminded me of Avatar. :). As to your question about Multnomah Falls. It is indeed awe inspiring. The whole Columbia River Gorge area is spectacular. The problem is it is super busy pretty much all year long. Best bet is winter and super early. If we go anymore we are there at sunrise.

We’ve been having a great time doing these weekend getaway trips. It’s been kinda nice having a big hotel room to go back to after a day of freezing outside in the rain. :) However, our trailer is ‘done’ so they say. We will be picking it up this weekend, woo hoo!! Yes I would have to agree about the unacceptable service, they can't possibly be that busy this time of year. But rest assured they will point a finger at Lance because they were waiting on them. Sadly, from all that I've read and hear, the RV industry is the most unregulated industry out there for this day and age. Which is a shame that government has to step in to regulate and standardize things because they can't do it in their own. They would rather see how long and how far they can push it and get away with it. (Clearing throat... Getting off my itty bitty soap box now :\ )

Hi Cindy. Thank you so much. We really appreciate that. There are so many great towns alone the coast it would be impossible to pick just one. Guess it depends on how close you want to be to a big City like Portland. Kim and I would prefer to be as far as way from the City as possible so the Southern Oregon Coast would be our preference. Bandon, Coos Bay, North Bend are all fantastic. You will absolutely love it no matter where you decide to live. We are envious. :)

Living in Oregon l would recommend the village of Oceanside, in Tillamook county Oregon, though the Southern coast is spectacular as well. Btw, the entire Oregon coast is public property, no private beaches in Oregon!!!!

JK’s Adventures I’ve been shopping for a small travel trailer before this virus put it on hold. The Lance 1985 is top of my list still. I’ve got a 2017 RAM 1500 4x4 crew cab Laramie truck to pull it. Tow rating just under 10,000. I believe this is similar to your Ford F-150. What’s your trucks tow rating? Any towing issues? Thanks 😊

@@tomaustin4526 Hi Tom. You should have absolutely no issue with that truck. We have the tow package which means we could potentially tow around 13k or so but we would never think of pushing it. We have no issue pulling the Lance. We have friends that tow a 1985 with a Ram 1500 and they have never complained to us about it. That is the nice thing about the trailers. They are well built but also on the lighter end. Best of luck in your search once we can get back to normal life again. :)
