Hi Jeab-Luc , they are replacement valves for the rims , they replace the OEM valvles in your rims , and they have a lever on them that deflates your tires. The brand is Apex , I will do a full review on them , and they are availible from the USA , and now locally in South Africa too.

Nice ride, review, and camera angle! Its always a wonder for a lot of to keep our 4x4's all weather proof. What they were meant to do. One compulsion in my mind is hailstorm proof glass screens. Extendable front windscreen shade, reliable wind shield protection film, riot police vehicle style windshield mesh are what I have come across as a survival tool while driving through a hial storm. What have you to say about hail storms, wishes to get your vehicle hailstorm proof. Thankyou for the review!

Well I try and avoid hail storms when I can , but I have not come accross anything like you mentioned. My best defense against things like that is my 4x4 insurance that covers damages like that.

Was talking to a few dealers to do a review on the 5 door when they receive them , will keep on trying. Think it will be a good overland option.

No more need for bulky deflators , the vavles are the deflators👍

What is that quarter roof rack? Why did you decide to cut your into this size? What are you using it for? :)

Its actually a half rack , the full rack really influenced the fuel consumption , and I dont do enough long trips these days to justify a full roof rack.

Is the Jimny roof made of fibre/plastic or steel metal sheet ?

All Gen4 Jimnies have steel sheet roofs with a gutter for mounting roofracks.

Not sure if this is the right place, but has anyone had problems with wheel alignment? A few months ago one of our local (KZN Dolphin Coast) tyre dealers really battled to stop our car pulling to one side and getting the steering wheel straight when travelling in a straight line. They improved it but it still isn't 100%. It's going for its first service next month & I want to ask Suzuki to sort it out. Is this a common problem? If so, what can cause it?

Hi Chris , this a common fault since the Jimny is a solid front axle vechile , not alot of them around anymore , thus the tyre shops around dont have the experience with decent wheel allignment for these type of 4x4s. Wheel balancing they need to balance the wheels on a stud connecter and not the cone that they use for all the other vechiles. The steering wheel , must be centered by adjusting the electri power steering , to centre your steering wheel again , the Suzuki agents can do this for you. Finding a tyre shop that actually know what they are doing and have experience with 4x4 wheel alignment , will make this easier.

Are there any differences between the first JB74 and a brand new one? Not including Lite. Any differences at all? I heard something about rust prevention on the frame……

I realized diffrences between the Japan built and Indian built Jimnies , the Japan built Jimny finishes on paint and rust protection is more properly done than the Indian built ones , paint finishes under the bonnet and wheel arches also looks much neater. But I will still have to get my chasis treated , just to make sure , I dont run into rust problems.

@@justjimny I checked with Suzuki, no Indian built Jimnys are coming to Australia, all supplies from Japan.

@@HAL-vu8ef Since the Jimny is still in such high demand , they may have made changes on the production line , to increase output.
