Super exited for the I-95 series! I'm actually quite surprised and impressed that even with all the mishaps you went through, such as the aforementioned camera failure and the flat tire in Fayetteville, NC, it only took you 11 months to film this upcoming series. No need to explain this mishaps to me again; I've already saw your "2023 in Review" video explaining the whole story. Usually, for an interstate of around 1,900+ miles, it would normally take a couple of years for someone (whether it'd be a local who lives close to the I-95 corridor or a tourist) to get all of I-95. This is definitely going to be your biggest interstate series on your channel, surpassing your 964-mile long I-55 series that you covered back in July 2021. NOTE: I may edit my comment in the future to make my statements more clear.

I can't thank you so much for this!!!!! I lived up in Bangor, Maine while finishing up my undergrad at UMaine in Orono. Used to drive 95 north to Houlton all the time and up route 1 and 11 to other spots in Aroostook County. Familiar with the entire stretch up to Fredericton, NB too. Live far away from there now nice to enjoy the car journey again. It was always one of my favorite rides.

Nice ride from West Gardiner to Houlton Maine along interstate 95 north

Another interstate that carries less traffic further north is I-15, mainly in Montana. I-15 serves three major cities along its route within Montana (Butte, Helena, and Great Falls), and the traffic counts really goes down once you get north of Great Falls...

@@NWIndianaElevators the only other interstate I’ve been on that was approaching the border like that is I-29, but it’s really nothing like it at all. It actually gets busier when you get north of Fargo because there’s a city with a university between there and the border.

There's a gap in NYC due to a camera failure. But I've arranged for replacement footage. It was bumper to bumper in the rain for a couple of hours anyway.

Nice ride but I would get into trouble no cars straight road I would be doing 100 to110 mph without thinking about it ( I am 70 years old and still be doing this)

a lot of them do up there, especially north of Island Falls up to Houlton. That is if 95 isn't constantly under construction.

@@jeffreywolff329 we probably were at times. I usually just set the cruise control and let it ride. That’s the kind of place you’d expect a state trooper to be waiting just around the bend. Although I don’t recall seeing any up there at all.

Ah! You are in The County at last! Congratulations! Now, for the “hobbies” headed south. See how many child routes of US 1 you can intersect with on the way down. US 101 doesn’t count because it’s on the West Coast not playing by the rules. But you already got US 201. In North Carolina you will have interchanges with 301, 501, and 701. You will miss 401 by 5 lousy miles in Fayetteville and 601 by quite a few more, but it’s the largest collection of child routes of a US highway. Another “hobby”: count and catalog all the loops and spurs of I-95 as you journey to Florida. I count 6 I-195’s, 8 I-295’s, 5 I-395’s, 5 I-495’s, 2 I-595’s (including the hidden one on US 50 in Maryland), 3 I-695’s, 2 I-795’s, and, alas, only one I-895 (since the New York City one got demoted to NY 895). That’s a total of 31 loops and spurs, more by a long shot than any other trunk interstate!

@@waltersaul1807I’m intrigued by the US-1A routes that exist all along the east coast. From what I’ve seen so far, they’re former mainlines of US-1. That’s our next project, and I feel like we’re going to have to cover the 1A routes as well.
