With the labor shortage thing the problem is a lot of jobs also underpay, average rent in the bay area is 2k for a 1 bedroom but $17 an hour does not cover that no matter how much u work, so its easy to just stay at home at their parents house and do nothing bc the local economy is defeating to people who have zero guidance

I am trying to avoid making any new buys at this point in other not to get sucked into a bear market trap. It's tough making money in stocks when institutional investors are the driving force behind the selling.. although I read an article of people that grossed profits up to $150k during this crash, what are the best stocks to buy now or put on a watchlist?

The markt is volatile at this time, hence i will suggest you get yourself a financial-advisor that can provide you with entry and exit points on the shares/ETF you focus on.

@@LeonardoScott True, initially I wasn't quite impressed with my gains, opposed to my previous performances, I was doing so badly, figured I needed to diverssify into better assets, I touched base with a portfolio-advisor and that same year, I pulled a net gain of $550k...that's like 7times more than I average on my own.

Gig jobs have taken over because these companies have no respect for who is making them money. These companies do not care if a person mother dies and/or some companies do not care if you to go to the bathroom. For example: look how much public storage pays store manager vs competitors to care for they entire property(300-3000 units ), sell products, cleaning, and rent unit with one or two employees on site and the company is making 90% profits. I love America 🇺🇸 but living to work is not it. What about people families?? Plus insurance and benefits are too expensive. I love your show. Much Love ❤️✌🏾😊💯

She's no different than you, Dave. You're just mad she found a scheme that you didn't! Love it! You've been making millions from people like this for decades. I'm not saying you're a joke by no means. But I found your reaction to the lady's business a little revealing to who you are. Your smirked comment after she told you how her business helps people pass nursing school was ridiculous as your scheme is identical, just a different subject.

Nurse trainer: Create a program similar to your nurse training curriculum to train your staff in what you are looking for. It will be a huge undertaking at first, but you have the skills to develop a "class" for your staff that can be delegated to someone to guide future staff with. This will continue to payoff once it is developed.

I normally agree with Dave. However, Dave is removed from reality in this video. Quiet quitting is not stopping work. It is doing what is required of you and not doing anything additional. Workers have been screwed for decades being asked to do additional tasks not in their job descriptions or work contracts. Americans have worked overtime without additional pay and have seen salaries stagnate for decades, not keeping up with inflation. People have worked hard only to find out later they will be laid off to make the numbers look better for the shareholders. Companies have refused to pay a living wage forcing workers to work multiple jobs just to survive. The pandemic helped people realize they felt like rats running on wheels in cages without purpose or reward for their efforts. People reassessed their life goals and decided not to let companies treat them like dirt any longer. There are not as many welfare recipients as Dave portrays. The requirements are stringent for collecting welfare. Dave is just pissed that people don't voluntarily exceed expectations year after year despite their lack of work/life balance and lack of joy at work.
