Idk to me that's just how the game is built. Sometimes you get instantly deleted, sometimes the enemy you're shooting at can't die because they are getting healed. Big damage, big heals, oneshot kills, invincibility abilities. To me, that's part of Overwatch and I like how sudden and swingy matches can be.
