I wouldn't get too excited, got mine a year ago. Sportback, fully loaded... carbon wing, skirts, mirrors, ceramic brakes, etc... but the use of cheap materials on this car is really bad. Also, the B&O sound system is really poor - someone took the speakers apart on a Forum and found mega cheap parts inside. It's a good car, but quality is not up to what you'd find in say an RS4 or RS5. Also, the drive select software is really glitchy, lots of owners found this including me. Took it back to Audi, a year later and still no software update to fix it! I'd dream a bit more if you want a decent Audi RS. Sold my RS3 now and got an RS4 Performance, so much better!

My opinion why this car can be 500HP but so slow is the tuning. The jb4 increases boost but not timing. So there’s a lot more HP under the curve after the torque peak, but as you climb in RPMs power flattens off because the timing tables can not be altered. Forgive me if I miss anything about Syvecs but once we get proper tuning this is going to destroy. Aftermarket is already pretty much there for these to run 1000HP, just need tunes. And TCU tunes, need LSD for that torque steer

It looks like a 4 door economy sedan that a grocery getting mom would have so there is only so much you can do to make it look pretty. Aggressive, yes it looks aggressive like grandpa dressed up his little economy 4 door, but not beautiful like a Cayman, Supra, Nissan Z or svelte 2 door coupe.

@@michaelhumel4288Audis are reliable now. Same as newer BMW’s. Just stay away from 4 cylinder cars. This RS3 is very strong. I’ve got over 110k on mine and I’ve pounded it very hard since new with 22 miles. Totally blown away by it everyday still. Longest car I’ve owned too. I can’t let it go. Just maintenance. Definitely my best daily driver I’ve had and I’ve had over 100 plus cars in my 51 years. RS3 is extremely unique. The 5 cylinder is half the V10 from R8/Huracan with same distinctive engine note. In a year, I’m getting an R8.

60-130 time is a joke. 9.6s is maybe 420-430 crank HP, 510 WHP is an exaggeration. JB4s are known to not be very effective but this is very disappointing. I've obtained a Dragy 100-200 km/h time of 9.51s on a manual stage 2 Seat Leon Cupra 280 in Europe, 403 crank HP, which is basically a FWD mk7 Golf R, same engine and is38 stock turbo. FWD with factory LSD, stock weight and only the driver in the car. Love the videos though, long time subscriber! Just referencing the performance claims on the RS3

@MODIT7 ай бұрын
@@ElyciusM Strongly disagree. We all "should" know what it takes to reach plaid 1/4 mile and 60-130 speeds as well as cost. Its surely not just a simple "tuned" rs3 that is for sure, mind you I've been there and had both. A lot goes into them to run 9's let alone low 9's and the ability to run 4's 60-130. Most "tuned" rs3's and maybe can run 10's on a stock motor, no bolt ons etc... Tuned, bolt on, injectors and ethanol 10's all day. Built motor, turbo and the works sure 9's but your balls deep at that point. Wish a tuned rs3 was faster than a Plaid but that is far far from a true statement.
