Is this an inexpensive way to cover a concrete floor and make it look beautiful? If it is inexpensive, where is the best place to purchase these kinds of pebbles, or otherwise can you tell me please who to contact for the pebbles.... or is it pretty costly? I would like to find an inexpensive way to cover my concrete floor. Thank you, in advance.
