Roald Dahl is a legend. I learned to read with his books and love them to this day. My earliest reading memories are of using a flashlight under my covers to read The BFG and The Witches after bedtime. Quentin Blake’s illustrations went so well with Dahl’s words. The art of those two went together were like peanut butter and jelly. But this narration is A1 too and gives the story justice 🙏 thanks for the time you spent recording all of Dahl’s brilliant work

Absolutely fantastic. Had seen the original film, and thoroughly enjoyed it. Listening to this though, took the story to another level. The part when our hero mouse ran up the chaps trouser leg in the kitchen had my wife and I in stitches. Thank you so much for your narration, it was superb.

When I was in year 7, I spent all of it hearing the books. There were a few exceptions including The BFG and Danny the Champion of the World. After the stories, those with a motion picture were the ones I had to write an evaluation on to see what was different between the book and the motion picture. The two I didn't do were The Twits due to no motion picture and The BFG due to going to high school. I'm currently reading 2 at the same time. This is one amazing story ❤️ I would diffinity read again over and over. I love the story of The Witches and I've watched both films of 1990 and 2020. But the book is enjoyable and thrilling! I'll get it for Christmas in the end since it's on my list, my mom has the list because she wanted it early this October. Thanks for posting this audiobook for me.

I remember there was a lady reading chapter 1 to me (when I was a child) and a bunch of other children, she was dressed as grandma but she was only 16, I did a quest where I had to find the boy's pet mice in various places in the pallasades (they were pictures on paper).
