They looked young themselves,this is the result of people dumping animals and leaving them to breed constantly,I'm so sorry for everyone that lost a pet ,how tragic,we need stronger penalties for people who dump animals🤬

There was a pack of pit bull in the countryside in Redding Ca. They killed neighbors pet alpacas and they killed a deer in someone’s driveway . They also chased a woman getting her mail. I believe those dogs were caught and destroyed.

These dogs aren’t always feral. Sometimes they are just ranch dogs that are left out at night. I’m from out there. To give some context, I’m 56 so this was around 1971. My first day of kindergarten, I opened my front door to the sight of our families goat’s head laying severed on the door mat. A pack of dogs killed it. I remember my dad pointing out the dog tracks all around her pen. This is out on Springfield and West Ave, south of Manning. This has been part of folks life for decades. Sometimes packs form. They hunt at night. Same dogs will be out on their respective properties the next day like nothing happened.

Constantly seeing large breed stray dogs running the streets. People need to stop breeding, and also if you can’t contain your dog then you shouldn’t have one. There is no punishment for the negligence of the person who is responsible for those dogs. It’s terrible. My heart goes out to those who lost their pets.

Those dogs didn't just instantly dig a hole and drag the dog out of the yard. There had to be a lot of noise and commotion going on. Where was the family the whole time?

In Ventura County we had a mountain lion attack a woman's dog while it was on leash and they had a tug-of-war and the lion won and took her dog away and ate it.

You can't keep dogs inside 24/7. They need to stretch and run outside. Now idk if these dogs were always outside but those wild loose dogs are the problem. People need to stop dumping their pets and start being responsible owners
