Had to laugh over the comment regarding Maria cooking more on the channel to spice things up. If you ever have the chance to see her using a knife in a culinary prep situation it will make you want to wrap steel mesh from her finger tips to her elbows and duct tape in place! She has a lane that she stays in that allows her to eat nutritious meals while keeping her fingers attached. Let's all keep encouraging this. I've tried to teach my secret pasta sauce recipe to her so she can carry on the tradition, I've accepted that this will have to happen through her siblings.

Oh my gosh I was laughing so hard when Blue was rolling in the dirt. What a cute Bubby. Great campsite. And the cave was amazing. Reminded me of Carlsbad Caverns in New Mexico. Gotta check those out if you haven't already and watch all the bats fly out st night by the thousands.

@mackenzie819 Жыл бұрын
@@roamingreckless I was just coming down here to recommend Carlsbad, and yes @ night with the bats doing their thing is absolutely a must if you're ever in the area! Also, you can make a PVC pressurized water tank and mount it to the roof rack for fairly cheap and use it to do whatever you need and if you paint it black it will even heat up in the sun for warm water. Great for washing dishes, dogs, etc etc. =) Here's a link to another guy who truck camps that has a DIY on one if you want to see what I'm talking about, just a thought that might work for you if you decided. kzbin.info/www/bejne/gXuvi4eNhNOKlc0

Add some dollops PB, a few berries or sliced b-nanner. Stir things up and leave in your fridge for at least 8hrs. Eat cold, or warm it up and eat hot. If/when you are back in PNW Oregon, I'd be happy to share some of my fav overnight oats recipes with ya.

Maria - I'm so glad you got to do that cave tour with Tom. How nice of him. I went to a cave in Tennessee and they turned the lights off and that was the darkest total blackness I've ever witnessed. There was a small underground lake with a tiny boat and you could look down in the water and see white and clear fish. Your photos were incredible! Maybe you could blow one up and put it on the wall in Poe. I am in awe of the shots you got. I would adore hearing a concert down there. Can you just imagine? Wow. Thanks for sharing this, my friend.
