Roast Fish Hopping in South East Trinidad | Bodows vs Ducky's

As things begin to open here on my dual island nation of Trinidad & Tobago, I thought I’d take you on a trip on the east coast of the island, well heading south on the east coast and try out some Roast Fish along the way. Now these two spots for roast fish has evolved from humble beginnings as these fishermen upgraded their craft to the kitchen which evolved into the two spots you see in this video. I haven't tried the roast fish as yet. However, my experience with Duckys lobster and customer service was poor. But I'll try the roast fish by both Budows and Duckys!

Ihu with the customer service by Duckys, one of these days I’ll try the lobster by both, hopefully their customer service has improved by then, but the chic who took our order this rounds was good wrt customer service and well I guess since the man himself was around it was good overall

@@TrinbagoVibes When I went he was there but it was also busy so he didn't have a proper structure in place. Additionally, when I chose my lobster he said he doesn't like to cook small lobsters and why customers does choose that but they presented it to me lol. I will try Bodows next time as I have always heard good customer feedback.

@@TyrelCarter LOL If he didn't want to sell small lobsters, he should not show it to the customer. He should use the small lobster for some lobster dish, like lobster salad, chow mein, soup, etc.. It sounds like he needs a operational plan fior his business.

Best fish to roast hands down is sapatay,those fish dorsnt even make it to the market,hete in moruga that is gold and is roasted without foil an eaten with salt lime and pepper alone,real thing for the back

At the time we bought it, it was $95 TTD, especially for the type of fish we got, think there are cheaper ones and it’s possible that the price has risen since this video, I’ll definitely be doing an update sometime in the future
