We have a video on the ingredients for char siu, which is the roast pork. The main ingredient for the roast pork marinate is lots of sugar, little bit of salt, soy sauce, minced garlic, vinegar, ginger powder, hosin sauce, and a little ketchup.

every time i try to cook rice noodles they either stick together and become to clumpy, or I do not soak the noodles long enough and they are still a little to hard when i go to eat them. Fried rice and rice noodles are my two most favorite things i love most about Asian food and I cant cook them for crap.

You should only have the noodles soaking in hot water for just 30 seconds or so. It doesn't take long especially if its boiling water. And remember to heat up the wok to a high temperature when stir frying.
