Thank you! I've had leftover smothered pork chops and didn't know what to do with them other than put them over rice!

You are welcome @Angel Joy. Another idea is to thinly slice the leftover pork chops, finely minced some garlic, cut some string beans into tiny pieces and then stir fry them with a bit of light and dark soy. Serve with some rice. Cheers, Victor

Look delicious I am a new subscriber only thing I have a question about is my fiance does not like cooked vegetables what could I use in place of the spinach? Can't wait to watch more of your videos

Thanks @Eva Lee for subscribing to my channel. You can leave out the soft leafy greens and substitute with other types of firmer vegetables, like carrot, asparagus, broccolini, cabbage, or even frozen mixed vegetables, or mushrooms. Or leave out the vegetables since your fiancé doesn’t like cooked vegetables. If you are going to use the vegetables I have suggested, cut or slice them into smaller bite pieces so they cook evenly before tossing in the cooked noodle. Hope this gives you an idea on what you can do to personalize the dish to your own taste. Cheers, Victor
