He takes after Mitzi in a lot of ways in that regard, offering people who haven't "earned it" a shot to be on one of the most viewed comedy podcasts in the world, as well as perform in front of legends, and in the hottest venue in the world for Comedy.. His ego is gross to some, I get it, but to think he hasn't earned it with all this as an aside to his actual lightning speed insult comedy, observational comedy, and just the sheer amount of time he's been performing with the greatests in the world: The man deserves it.

They are stylistically much different, Dave is a crafter of stories and relates comedy in a near sociopolitical way, while Tony is a Roaster and quick thinking improv-guy. I laugh more per minute with Tony, but I think Dave makes the more "profound" jokes. Everyone has their preferences, but there's no way Tony (or you) believe that Tony compares himself to Chapelle in any way other than the title of Comedian.
