Love how right wingers love to point to the lefties as the cancel culture idiots when the right wingers are much worse. They cancel gays. They cancel transgenders. They cancel black culture. They cancel all sorts of comedians. They cancel football players who kneel for social justice. They cancel financial institutions moving away from fossil fuels. I can go on and on. It's the right wing that is much more notorious for perpetuating cancel culture.

@Em22-wtf28 күн бұрын
Don't forget, the media is fake and gahhhy too. Something I learned after a tragedy in High School when I lost 2 friends, one was a very good friend. They are absolutely vultures, disgusting 🐽s that literally smell 💩 and live to ROLL in it. Showing up at graduation after 2 very popular students died in a horrific car accident 4 days prior to ask the stupidest questions imaginable. I learned that day how disgusting the media is. None of this surprises me, I'm more surprised Tony was canceled lol! But I haven't had cable so the news is irrelevant to me, I don't hear anything from those blood sucking fks 😂 Everyone should "cancel" cable and never give a single glance at mainstream media 😊

“DO NOT APOLOGIZE!” Spot on. Anyone that respects you does not require or expect an apology and the ones that don’t respect or like you will never accept your apology.
@ryckarduhryckarduh180 Жыл бұрын
what does an apology even means when you're forcing the other person to do the apology? and what does it change?
@aleksisuuronen5969 Жыл бұрын
Well it's not In This Case really even about the principle, but that he just cannot do it. Because he makes a show that is full of things people can pull from this and that, so if he would apologize, he would just open those floodgates and have to apologize for forever for 1000 clips. Like there is a reason why usually when he has a Big name on the show they barely talk, because the premise is bullying and even if it's something that the person on stage signs up to do it still is the premise. So after certain treshold of celeb they really have no reason to risk Anything for smarmy Tony. They are doing a favor by just sitting there and throwing 3 lines the whole night. He kinda cannot apologize and I don't think it is as much over it being, this is what I stand for thing. Since I just beleave he is the kinda guy who would do Anything what is needed for him to stay in the indrusty and climb upwards. The kinda guy who have thru years exaggerated his accalades, put out dumb resentments for not being picked up by whatever and showed his envy for example towards Theo because that's what Tony would want to be and have his possibilities. His careers position.

I wondered the same thing when I bought eggs vacationing in Italy. Then, I got chickens here at home in NY and spoke to a "real Farmer" at FarmAid. He explained the whole egg washing thing. Eggs have a protective natural coating and will last for months on the counter, once they are washed you have to refrigerate them. Hence the American eggs.

I'm American. Lived through the big egg salmonella scares, eating raw eggs 80'd and 90's. Didn't get sick and I sure ain't dead. Still keep eggs on the counter. Salmonella survives refrigeration. Cook your eggs thoroughly and wash your hands. You'll be fine young fella. For your information: A history of scandal 1988 - Edwina Currie, then a junior health minister, starts a major scandal when she claims that “Most of the egg production in this country, sadly, is now affected with salmonella.” Her comments cause sales of eggs to plummet overnight and she resigns. Two million hens are eventually slaughtered and the government introduces legislation to improve hygiene in hen houses. 1989 - Eggs are shown to be the likely source of three consecutive outbreaks in people in Wales. The link between salmonella and eggs becomes hard to deny. 1998 - Unpublished research commissioned by the Department of Health finds that virtually the same number of eggs contained salmonella in 1996 as in 1991, despite the measures taken to combat the problem after the Currie scandal. The egg industry launches the British Lion code of practice to rebuild consumer confidence by certifying the safety of eggs sold with that stamp. 2001 - A Whitehall report written months after Currie was forced to resign is published, showing she had been largely correct. The study by the Ministry of Agriculture, Department of Health and the British Egg Industry Council said that Britain was experiencing a “salmonella epidemic of considerable proportions” in late 1988. August 2017 - Four major supermarkets withdraw eggs from their shelves after discovering 700,000 Dutch-produced eggs that had been sold to Britain are implicated in a salmonella scare. October 2017 - Food Standards Agency announces almost all UK-produced eggs are virtually free of salmonella, and revises its advice to say pregnant women, babies and elderly people can safely eat runny or raw eggs. November 2018 - It is reported that there had been 600 cases over six years of salmonella recorded in the UK linked to 1inkes to Polish Eggs. Americans, along with the Japanese, Australians and Scandinavians, tend to be squeamish about our chicken eggs, so we bathe them and then have to refrigerate them. But we're oddballs. Most other countries don't mind letting unwashed eggs sit next to bread or onions. So maybe you can find another country to heap your disgust upon. God bless you sir.

Having seen Tony live, and met him in person, he's one of the most genuine people you'll ever meet. He has an uncanny ability to think on his feet that nobody can match.

If someone would like to share what exactly it was that got him “cancelled” I’d appreciate it…. I can’t listen to him ramble on..
@justanothernick3984 Жыл бұрын
@@chumdinger_official This was a story written by Tony to somehow make it more interesting than it could ever be. I got to about 25 mins and it's all fluff and the core was something like he made a bunch of Asians mad at him. I don't know if he got cancelled but he roasted a bit too close to the Sun and had to cool down a while because of cultural backlash. I think it's more sad that he had to make it this dramatical and grandiose when it was just him being a douche and some didn't like him.
@andrewm4767 Жыл бұрын
@@justanothernick3984 yeah he kinda glosses over the racial slur he used too. That is what people objected too, not the fact that he was making fun of another comedian right?
@justanothernick3984 Жыл бұрын
@@andrewm4767 Listened to the entire bit, including the Peng Dang part, and it wasn't too offensive but mostly just bad. He might have been able to pull it off if he had the charisma but he just sounded mean to everyone, mostly the audience. If you are charismatic and funny, you can pull off gruesome jokes, like Jeselnik... Hinchcliffe was neither. And Dang made fun of racial and cultural discrepancies, in a more "traditional" comical sense but on both sides, self deprecating and dished out some, maintaining an okay balance. And then he positively welcomed Hinchcliffe on stage and it got dark all of a sudden.

I used to be a virtue signaling type, but I ended up having 3 or 4 friends get canceled over stuff they either didn't do or jokes they made around 2018. I stuck by my friends, burnt a ton of bridges and learned a lot about how to navigate being associated with cancel culture. its been almost six years and we've built a whole sound company and an amazing community around us where people actually talk to each other about issues instead of blowing it up online. Tony's story is super inspiring to me because it proves a point that I had to learn the hard way. cancel culture is toxic and predatory and usually the ones who virtue signal the hardest, have the most to hide. Actions speak louder than words.
