I’m always down for a good pasta and this roasted garlic shrimp penne did not disappoint!!

Penne pasta
1 bulb of garlic
Shallots (red onion if you don’t have)
Cherry tomatoes
Tomato paste
Salt/pepper
Red chili flakes
1 tsp brown sugar
Dried oregano
1 cup dry white wine
1 cup reserved pasta water
