I taste it for salt levels. Your noodles need a proper amount of salt if nothing else.

I like your channel I like this recipe but it's not true that you must salt or seize in the water. Unless you were raised by somebody who cooked with way too much salt and your taste buds went numb. It's actually very nice to have the separation between the clean tasting pasta and the rich tasting sauces and other ingredients.
