Recipe
∙ Per Lamb rib (2 kg)
∙ Olive oil
∙ Juice and zest of 1 Lemon
∙ Salt & pepper the ribs generously
∙ 1 tablespoon Garlic flakes
∙ 1 tablespoon dried Oregano
∙ 11 medium Potatoes
∙ 1 Head of garlic
∙ Salt & Pepper to taste (potatoes)
∙ 1 teaspoon Celery salt
Roast in an oven @ 130°C for 3-4 hours
