This is amazing!! Just made it with a few modifications. Couldn’t find escarole so I used fresh spinach and red butter lettuce. I also served it with warmed ciabatta bread. Absolutely delicious. Thanks for introducing us to a new cheese too. Thanks for an amazing recipe Lidia!
