It is weird double Irony. It is quite common to put moose knockoff ferrari badges on volvos. Like he has on his fender. Quite common to put on the wheels as well. So putting actual ferrari center caps (or wheels, dunno) sounds so ironic on 12 levels, i love it.

Many years ago I've heard that the Golf V is better than the 147 in many ways. Did not bother to fact check, because of how boring the vw looks, but driving "by mistake" a Golf 5 recently, I can say that the G5 can never compete with the 147, it drives even more boring than is looks.

That Aygo was super sick, a lot of european hillclimp cars look like that. Even such amateur racing is super expensive here so people use cheap little and light cars like that to race. These widebody kits often look a little bit rudimentary like the 80s and 90s boxy touring cars because people build them at home because its an easy way to get a much wider track while conforming to the regulations.

I genuinely reckon they were what my old Mk7 Celica needed more than anything else, as those doors were very long, heavy and never latched open. Lifting them up and out of the way would’ve improved it infinitely!
