Hi, this is ingoboris. Thanks for selecting my comic for critique! To be honest I was a little nervous by the title of your video but turns out there wasn’t much of a roast at all. I think you could’ve been more harsh but it was still helpful and very gentle on an artist’s ego. The other comics have great aesthetic and promising storylines, I’ll go take a look. Anyway Thanks!

Can I just take a moment to appreciate how well thought-out and constructive your “roasts” were throughout the video? I think a lot of us newcomers who make webcomics have this strong sense of self-deprecation in the stories we put out and assume the worst when seeing these kinds of videos or blog posts surface up. Seeing someone take the time to properly analyze and communicate great advice for better shaping the structure of these otherwise unknown comics is honestly awesome! Like, no joke, you made me want to check out every one of these titles. Good work to you and to these creators! I guess I’ll throw my Webtoon in as a last mention- **Persona 5: Royally Free** (I don’t know if parody titles are cool anymore but oh well). I just came back from a year long break and really reignited my love for making comics by watching videos like these. Kudos to you once again!

I thought that for after prom the description is from the protagonist mind or what she believes herself to be but the more I think about it it is in 3rd person. I found the author note a bit concerning but was also confused is there not romance yet because she is not pretty and is her being pretty our reward of a good story?

if the whole premise of the story is set around a girl hoping to find a prom date, i don't think we should set any higher expectation than what it is, a highschool rom com and the cliche makeovers

I recently read marry my husband and repossessed which they got advertising from webtoon for now is not bad i guess. I was look forward for the raven saga season 2 which is a good comic and biofin corp was introduced by other artist who is a friend of hers

Hey would you or rather have you made a video or section entirely giving advice give advice for a webtoon comic Summary? I ask as someoen needing advice aprticularly on this. I have two I personally stuck between and wonder if there are specifics that would help me settle on one. My original to an extant snd a newer one I came up with on Thanksgiving and as I get closer to my comic becoming a reality this part really stumps me on which is best. I have a main character but also follow five other individuals all effected by a single day where they're lives all seperate and come together continually over the extant of several years. But its also an action. I realized after listening to other advice info around November I needed to mention the five characters in a whole (I already hint to the main five using words capitalized that represent them and is both a represenation to the first lines in the first chapter Love, Birth, Happiness, Death, & Remorse. Or something like that. So I use two seperate paragraphs in the limit to discuss both focusses. But I really don't know which is better. I've been considering asking friends or forums for help.
