I really appreciate you reviewing my gameplay. This was not my first time in the dark aether but I was definitely anxious because my teammates weren’t really ready and Evan kept going down, also I’m just thanking God it wasn’t Elder Sigil. I really wanted to get my team out of there because I got them into that mess in the first place but also because I know what it’s like to be left behind for dead and it really sucks. Thanks for the feedback back I’ll work on everything you said. P.S. Instead of calling it roasting your gameplay try Donuts of the Week/Month/Year. I think that would be pretty cool to look forward to.

In zombie game, there is no forgiving.. It force us to be good from time to time.. So I’m newer to zombies and I noticed people often over look the blue tool boxes for the same reason as the crystals but the last couple days I’ve pulled some decent loot from a few of them including a pap2 crystal in tier 2 and 3 rare (blue) tools… So it def doesn’t hurt to open them!

Thanks for the evaluations!!! LOL My thinking was by putting the mortar strike on the roof I’d take out the reenforcement helicopters but I think it actually downed me 2 times! Love that you do this!

If you invite someone to squad and they go into squad as you’re going in, they don’t go in. Similarly, if you have someone leave your squad once the vote has appeared (even before it’s passed), they get pulled in anyway.

I never bring newbie in the dark unless i have one person i can trust. And i never bring a new player in dark until they can run red without going down. You have to learn how to run and make good choices

I made that mistake with my friend. He got too comfortable in a story mode dark aether cuz I brought him golden plates and we had two dogs. Didn’t have that on the regular sigil run, he cruced us so bad we failed to exfil.

No point trying to fight the third contract when the odds of survival are miniscule, and you don’t need to attempt all three contracts to gain access to exfil…

A couple seasons ago I tested it to 100ish meters. It worked for sure at 90m, over 100m didn’t work.

Doughnuts, just wanted to say thank you. Last night went into T3, got some crazy drops including a Pack 2 crystal schem and then went into elder for the first time and got all the schematics from S1. Second clip is just a calculated madman. He KNEW how many self revives to get, in order to take a low level weapon and gear and take on rainmaker in 2 MINUTES.... That's actually rather impressive if you ask me. Sloppy? Yes. Genius? Absolutely.

If there is one piece of feedback to give to fairly new players is to not focus on going into Tier 3 and doing contracts. You’re missing out on the overall experience. Go through the story missions. It’s an awesome experience. As far as the “glitch” goes for extractors, change your Tap settings from Tap to Interact to Tap to Reload. It works when it’s on Reload. And I don’t understand why the player Dodge didn’t use the Juggernaut for the Disciple. Plus, he had two. 😂

Yes. He needed to use that mags of holding. Especially if he has trouble navigating the map. It reduces him from having to take another action with his operator. Its better to get the schematic than to hold on to the crafted item. Using the crafted item reduces the need to take, an action. I also believe that he was trying to map out the map in his mind because there are ammo stash and pack a punch stations there. I think you can use the pack a punch station and retain your cammo while in the dark aether. I would like to see someone try it by removing their tool and aether crystals from their weapon at the dead soldiers grave before entering the dark aether and then reactivating it to see if you will keep your cammo. 🤔

came in with two random's who did not reply to the usual ""mic check"" and they immediately rushed the island with the warlord and rocket/mortars. they had single plate carriers and were unpacked, also notice they had no essence. they went down, I came in and revived one then left barely making out thanks to one selfie I entered with. they went down again so I had to go make some money to get some selfies, did 2 bounties and was heading to a T2 buy station. during this I hear (thanks for nothing you scared p&&&y, I hope you lose everything you wont share with us, were just trying to kill the warlord in 7 minutes for a calling card).. then they quit the game, bruh ?!?!?

yeah, I´ve only had one experience like that T3 and omg those were the absolute worst hard carry teammates I´ve ever had, and that was on S3 rift that it´s quite difficult by itself. I usually try to help but that time the very moment we finished the three contracts I went straigth to exfil

So when it comes to Dodge, he's on M&K that's why he's standing still while opening the rucksack on controller you can move around a lot more with the rucksack open, I have no explanation for the rest of the time he doesn't move

I noticed recently (as recently as three days ago) the same thing, that the reviving effort goes back to zero instead of staying at a certain level. The person I was reviving had been dead for about ten minutes.

Does Quick Revive have anything to do with it?

​I think it might have something to do with it. I thought I had Quick revive on me when I revived a player and the reviving progress went back to zero. On the other hand, it took me forever to revive the person and I did multiple runs under fire from mercs, so maybe I didn't. My most recent game was ok in terms of reviving in stages and I had all the perks. So it is due to Quick revive that one can circle back and continue the reviving process from where they left off.

No OG zombies players even myself camp sitting still. They camp in one area but there training and moving around. That's the point you have to keep moving if you don't eventually you will get overwhelmed and go down.

You want to talk about OG then you probably know training wasnt a thing till around black ops 1 and in waw everyone was camping staying in one spot. Im not saying that you cant train or shouldnt but diminishing camping because movement is important is crazy.

It depends what people call camping. It could mean both standing still or staying in a small area (while moving about). You can stand still if the zombies can't reach you. Say, in cold war, you threw down toxic growth and you shoot through and over it. You can camp in a small corner of a map if it's a bottleneck but then you have to move around a bit. I think Doughnut referred to the second scenario during that outlast contract.

@@Andrewcwazeewabbit i mean its not a conversation about what camping is. Its a conversation on camping as a strategy. If someone wants to camp as a strategy they should. That top counter area in the outlast contract is a valid camping spot because of the zombies manipulation and pathing. Same thing could be about the cat walk on der riese because you are manipulating zombies you run directly towards you in a narrow path. Having movement is important is zombies but saying you shouldn’t camp is crazy.

@@izakzarco of course it is about what camping is. You can't argue about whether it is a good strategy when each of you is referring to a different approach. Doughnut pointed out that standing at the tabletop isn't a good idea for camping that the player should have moved around. The comment from the player who took (some) offense (you, if i am seeing it correctly) was about standing still not being a valid strategy. so each - doughnut and yourself - are talking about slightly different approach to camping. At least the way i see it. From my point of you, you are both correct, but each is referring to a different concept which has the same name for both you you. it is the same issue when people talk about round-based zombies and arguing what 'round-based' game is. One person is talking about the overall experience from round-based gameplay, the other is talking about the definition of a 'round'. Neither can agree with the other because they're talking about different things with the same name. it is an argument about 'school of fish' and 'school for children'. Both are schools but definitely not the same thing and people can argue forever what is the best time to take a picture of a 'school'. Just saying.

Very true. The cooldown system would work much better if it counted all your points regardless of the purchases. Otherwise, you have to use your crystals and wrenches so you can do T2 or T3 contracts which award you the essence to cool your recently used schematics down. It's kind of a vicious cycle that doesn't favor a frequent playing and discourages you from playing frequently.

A big problem is a lot, LOT of players don't have mic's or just don't talk. Being in sync and having a game plan is key. And being able to overcome and adapt. You absolutely need to communicate! And talking to other players is one of my favorite parts of MWZ
