Great movie and wild how it kickstarted the beginnings of so many young actors’ careers. Funny though how the biggest future success (Tom Cruise) came from a secondary character, while the actor of the primary character (C Thomas Howell) has had the least successful career. The others have mostly had pretty significant success - especially Patrick Swayze, Rob Lowe, Emilio Estevez, Ralph Macchio, Matt Dillon, and Diane Lane.
