I just found the clip on KZbin. Search KZbin for 'we fear change' and you should find it. Rob Lowe doesn't laugh in the clip though so it must have been a second take that made it into the movie.

Partly because of what he just said. "If I break they can't use it" Imagine how much worse the movies would be if the funniest scenes in the movies were not there because he fell apart laughing when it happened.

Yeah, he did break in a few clips from Parks and Rec, but I don't think he was ever the first one to break. He doesn't drop character unless the shot is already ruined. Danny Devito is like that too, in Always Sunny. Everyone else is cracking up and he's just standing there being Frank, LoL.

Mike Myers won't, he's realized that Comedy in this day isn't welcomed without peoples feelings getting hurt.. remember the "love Guru" fiasco? Re-watch Austin Powers and see how many but hurt lefties would want his head for that form of comedy in todays progressive world.. Woke-ness has broken Comedy in Hollywood, Even if he went North to Canada to make it, it's even worse up here he'd get arrested for hurting peoples feelings..

He amended his first time breaking, when shown a photo of THE OUTSIDERS, and you see only half of his face. At the time the picture was being taken, food was being brought in, and someone said, "THE FOOD IS FOR THE TALENT ONLY", to which Ralph Macchio remarked to Leif Garrett, "Hear that, Leif? The food is for the talent."

austin powers 1 is an absolute classic. sequel was great mostly bec of mini me & FB, but took the silliness to a new sophomoric level. also kinda missed liz hurley. the 3rd one, im not sure what was happening. probly a cash grab by all involved. might not be too late for 4th and final installment. but they'd have to re invent it in a fresh way. bring back liz, her chemistry with myers was amazing
