You'll always be the nicest guy on KZbin to us, Rob! But how awesome that you got to see one of Randy's challenges in person. Always cool to see a professional at work and even better when he's a super cool dude like Randy. Quick question: Have you considered creating a merch store on a site like Etsy? There's one KZbinr I follow who recently started doing that, although the merch he's selling seems to be of cheap quality and the designs are.....odd, to say the least

I have thought about merchandise. That might come around if this channel takes off big time one day. Not sure about selling it on Etsy. I have watched a few videos and have talked to a couple folks that have tried to sell things on Etsy. The amount of competition on that site and the amount of fees people are stuck paying are pretty ridiculous. So many people on there seem to think it’s an easy way to make money, but in reality, most of the people there are going to end up spending more to keep items listed that aren’t selling. Unless you can get 10 friends that will buy something and leave you five star reviews, your stuff is not gonna show up in anybody’s recommended list. Back to Randy… He is an amazing person to be around in person. He’s got a great personality and makes those folks that come to see him feel really good. He’ll stay till the last person gets every selfie they want and every picture signed that they want. My brother, my sister and Patti have all enjoyed seeing him in person.

Yes, he is a great guy. He gets to his events early, signs pictures for everyone and poses for as many pictures as you want. If kids are there, he takes extra time to talk to them and make them feel good for being there. Thank you for the compliment on the video.

Thanks for sharing! Its nice to see one of his videos from a different perspective. It was awfully nice of you to put a link to his channel in The description. I know other KZbin's who don't do that and that's just rude!

Been there… it’s not like he needs more subscribers, but I think it’s just common courtesy to include a link. I also try to do that with businesses I visit or other important information. I think it makes it easier for the viewer. Randy only sets up one camera for his challenges. It’s amazing what his editor can do with that one picture perspective. It’s fun seeing this done live.

I love cheese curds. Cant get them as much in the South, so I always indulge when I’m in the Midwest and Canada. Great video as usual, Rob!

Yes, I suppose cheese curds aren’t the most healthy things. They are cheese, so I’m guessing some people would consider them to be carnivore. The absolute best cheese curds I eat once a year are from a local community festival called Walleye Weekend. A local service group has a tent that sells thousands and thousands of orders of the most delicious cheese curds ever made. I can’t wait for June.

Randy is the real deal, I love his enthusiasm and energy. Looked like a fun day out! That mirrored ceiling was kind of funky too. Always an enjoyable part of my evening to follow your latest adventures, any hints for whats to come next?

Yes, Randy is very enthusiastic and really tries to get the crowd into it. I think he’s one of the very few food challenge people on the Internet that actually advertises his challenges ahead of time so people can come and see him. It really helps the restaurants out. I didn’t even know that ceiling was mirrored until i looked back at the video. Yes you’re right pretty funky. As far as what’s next… Next week, I have a video coming out that was sort of spontaneous. I was driving back from somewhere, and I saw a billboard on the road. I followed it, and is quite pleased at what I found.

I thought that whenever you went into a place you brought in your own soundtrack. Be it drumming or kids music. That must only be for experienced KZbinrs. Anyway delightful video as always!! Glad Randy was able to complete it this time. Hope no bad habits from other KZbinrs rub off on him around the Nashville area.

Randy actually asks the owner/manager nicely before the challenge begins if they could lower the sound or turn it off. I’ve seen him do this a few times, and the manager of the place always says sure no problem. They are very happy when Randy shows up to an establishment. They know he’s going to be bringing in business and always finding something positive to say. That Nashville area is pretty nice. I’m going to be visiting there in a couple months. Hopefully I’ll be able to see Randy when I’m down there.

Fun video as always Rob. I saw in another comment that you were planning on going to Nashville sometime in the next few months; what plans do you have in mind while you're there?!?!

We are not sure yet. Maybe a concert at the Grand Ole Opry. We will visit a couple places on broadway and check out the bands. I’m hoping to have lunch or dinner with a couple KZbin folks… Jack and Randy.

Have you ever tried a food challenge?
@RobMilanowski
@RobMilanowski 5 ай бұрын
No… I never would. I’m actually way too fat to succeed at any of them. Your stomach has to expand to hold the extra food in it. Fat guys have too much stuff in the way. I get a kick out of watching people do food challenges. Some of the smallest folks can pack in a lot. Randy actually gets a lot of crap from people saying he’s gluttonous and wasting food. His goal after his food challenge career is done is to put together social media related to dietetics and proper nutrition advice. He just has a few credits left to get his Masters. Strange world…

@@RobMilanowski never thought of it that way. I recall the tiny Japanese guy who got famous in the Nathan's hot dog competition you mentioned. Sounds like Randy is doing it right!

@@noflimflamfilmphan I actually saw him in Sheboygan, WI in 2006. His name is Takeru Kobayashi. He was as the Johnsonville Brat eating contest. He ate 58 brats in 10 minutes…. Unbelievable!
