I agree with you man. Its the world we live in to be honest. Everything is about immediate gratification. So if lonzo, 19 who just recently turned 20 years old, is struggling as a rookie in a league where hes playing MEN, then people are going to just classify him as a bust or a project not worth working on. This whole trading lonzo thing is so dumb. It's almost as if the people saying it have no clue what basketball is. Now i will say this, what the media says and what the players think and say are literally 2 different worlds. Lavar can criticize Luke all he wants, and others like Cowherd and other analysts can criticize him, but theres a ton of respect for luke. There is a reason why Phil Jackson brought luke into meetings while he was a player. Phil saw the basketball IQ and leadership within him and steve kerr saw the same thing. Luke is a good young coaching and its only his 2nd year. People forget that the players and coach are literally trying to figure things out at the same time. I was mad about the criticism of Luke and im hoping Lonzo enjoys playing for Luke because i believe 2 things. 1. Luke will be a fantastic coach in the years to come. 2. Lonzo will be a difference the 2nd half of the season and on.

Lonzo is a generational talent that fills up every single statistical category there is except free throw shooting basically, because his FG% and 3pt shooting is already severely increased through his last games. He is probably the Lakers best defender, gets steals and blocks abundantly, superior rebounder and passer. The Lakers were trash getting blown out every game when he got injured but when he comes back they win 3 out of 4.
