The Yankees had Cole, Judge, and Soto and won nothing, lol. What is stopping them from signing them? Nobody wanted Snell last year, but now the Dodgers have him and it's a PROBLEM!!!!! The padres one is not the same thing. They had Snell, Hader, and Soto for relatively cheap because they traded for them. They traded for snell and hader at their lowest. Tatis was home grown. Besides, it isnt the dodgers fault for being managed well and having the funds to back it up. other rich teams can do the exact same thing, but for some reason it's the dodgers fault for playing within the guidelines that are set up within the MLB and its players union. if you want to be upset, blame the owners of teams not willing to spend for the best team they can afford while hopefully finding players willing to defer at the same time.

I remember growing up my baseball team would go watch Dodgers games, tickets were so cheap anyone who wanted to go would just tag along. Been a Dodger fan for 40 years, my whole life. Honestly to take 4 people and have a good time, spent around 1k, not great but good seats. Only went to 1 game this year, as opposed to 3 years ag😅o i think i went to like 9. Parking alone has doubled in 5 years. To be honest i could understand, the Dodgers literally got cheated in 2016 and in 2020 just got belittled for a championship anyone could have won. When they got Andrew Friedman something changed, remember he's been around since 2015, MLB you created this. All of you. Try disrespecting them now. We all know now they are the best team in baseball, but in my opinion they have been for the last decade, this decade their gonna show you. But it’s gonna be OK whoever signs Juan Soto for about $700 million but it’s not OK to sign a two way player for $700 million Juan Soto is a one trickpony. I've always hated the Dodgers and Yankees all my life as a NorCal boy that watched Barry Bonds play for the Pirates a year before he joined the Giants in the early 90s. I know Rob doesn't talk much hockey, but the director of sports medicine and performance of the Golden States Warriors has a son that was the number 1 draft pick for the San Jose Sharks and he is already showing himself to be a generational talent scoring insane no look goals. The dad was the guy that let KD play in the 2019 Finals before his big season ending injury, but his son is a beast.
