Hey Mr rob I was wondering Why my height is different from digital stadiometer to seca 213 stadiometer? In the digital one my height is 197.5 and in the normal one like yours my height is 199 cm exactly Where is the right one

Big difference. If you held another tape beside your seca 213 and it shows and aligns to same figures then that will be correct.

Not Rob but I can give you a simple trick, which ever height, they should claim the middle of their morning and night height. So, in your case it should be 180.65 cm, I claim my lowest anyways.

Rob I kinda lie to myself about my height. I was measured 5’10 by a person. But when I measure myself I get like 6’0 plus. I guess I was measured wrong the whole time. I still want that 6’0 mark

Huge difference between 5ft 10 to 6ft...you can understand differences of like half inch or so, but that seems one of the measurements is off.

Over time this bad habit could contribute to curvature of the spine which becomes hard to correct.

Hey big rob, that day I woke up at 13 pm and went to play football match wich was more then an hour of running and jumping, then I went home walking carrying a back pack then I did some cleaning and mesured my self at 23:23 at night and I got 180-181 cm Is that my night height?

That's more towards absolute low range...I am sure on a less stressful day (for your spine) you could be several mm taller in the evening than what you got that day.

Take any further growth as a bonus at your age….you could be at the end of growth phase, but maybe lucky and at 20 still add another couple cm. Report back in the future with results 😎
