None of these builds will make it to live release the way they were on the ptr. This is now the 3rd ptr and it's ALWAYS the same pattern. Content creators put out these videos to milk their viewers. Nothing more, nothing less.

I'll be playing Barb always. It might be "weak" compared to other classes, but when all classes can easily clear all the content in the game, who cares? Lol

Barb is actually fine for most of the game, it is still strong for levelling and even all of end game content. It might not be as strong as other classes far into the end game for speedrunning pits and that's just fine, not many have that kind of time grinding that bragging right. I'm just gonna enjoy the new contents of the season. Barb is also my fav class, going to play the throw build after playing the Spiritborn.

They have been in working on the dlc since pretty much day 1 They have had plenty of time - we have already switch the way stats work and re work the system a few times even before loot reborn Bugs!? There are always bugs in every season lol nothing new there

You have to play the new campaign to unlock those new mechanics, like to get the mercenary and the intro to the citadel You also need the renown and altars from the new region

We have to wait until the season theme and mechanic are fully revealed, but with the new class, the new region and all of the changes to skills, itemization and progression there will be a lot of stuff to explore.
