Not sure if it was by accident or by design but the way the sound quality is from that camera is so raw and undoctored and authentic! I know it didn’t sound that way in the crowd but from behind the drum kit, it’s awesome! I’m glad the audio wasn’t altered to sound “bigger” just to put a fake foot forward. Wish I could’ve been there, guys!

Man his playing style really, REALLY reminds me of early mario duplantier! I fucking LOVE stuff like 1:02, and how hard he hits. These types of metal drummers, who play tons of off beat stuff with little ride and splash hits and cymbal work everywhere WHILE hitting really hard are so good. Sadly its so rare... It makes everything sound so much cooler than straight rolls/fills every 8 bars like so many metal drummers typically do.
