It's considered a head clash when two players are both facing the ball and trying to claim it. The incident in the game, Joao Pedro is looking in one direction and heads the ball, Saliba is facing the player, he goes for the ball but hits him and then touches the ball. This is why I think, it wasn't the wrong decision but I will understand why it wouldn't be given. Arteta tactic style is embarrasing, wasting time, playing sideways and not being brave going forward when it's only 1-0. He's too scared to kill the game, that's what you should mention. Arteta leaves the team at the mercy of the referees and luck.

Why is it difficult to understand you will never get consistency here is a plain and simple explanation. You have 3 people talking about Arsenal on the show and the 3 of you can’t agree it’s not a pen it is a pen🤷‍♂️ yet you expect let’s say 100 ref/var officials to all agree with whatever decision is up for debate. Human beings see and think differently seeing the same thing so you can never have consistency so stop expecting something which is not possible. Pedro didn’t head the ball away or shoot, he used it to set himself up, Saliba head butting him stopped him from continuing so there for it’s a foul. How many times have u seen a striker through on goal, shoot, and then get clattered like half a second later by a chasing defender, but no one thinks that’s a penalty because he got his shot a way. That’s my view personally, If pedro was passing or shooting with the header then no foul but since he was using it as a dribble, it’s a penalty because
