Exactly. All by design. They need a reason to reduce freedom by creating more laws and rules. So the media simply report on crime more. There's definitely some compartmentalize force at work. Everything seems connected. There's a never ending chain of people. Low level, medium level, high level, higher level etc. The ones at the top have all the knowledge. Further down you go the less they know. It all appears random. But practically everything is connected.
