When a teen gets paralysis it's not that bad for most of them, most teens don't want to work anyway so with paralysis they have an excuse to do nowt all day and leave all the hard work to the tax payers!

why wouldn't gun manufacturers fire each weapon before leaving the factory so that law enforcement agencies have a ballistic record of every weapon produced so as to make the weapon easier to trace, even if the weapon has been stolen it gives them somewhere to start.

Perhaps because it can be tampered with? I’ve heard of cases where people will use a piece of metal to scrape the inside of the barrel after committing a crime to ensure the ballistics don’t match. While it would give law enforcement a place to start, it could also be used as a reason to dismiss a correct, but tampered with, weapon.

Bravo to that girl and now lady who didn’t let the tragedy of her situation stop her ambition and life! So stupid that they shot her for $150. I would tell the robbers they can have whatever they want and I’ll even help them if they don’t hurt me. I’m working minimum wage and the heck if I’m gonna risk anything for some little no name liquor mart.. I hate liquor in the first place and am actually for total prohibition! Remember Alcohol is yesterday’s cigarette, just a matter of time before people leave it behind!

Opinion only: Case 1, Turnbull: - The story did not begin with a store robbery, it began when a US arms manufacturer made and sold millions of unnecessary guns. The story should have ended at the point the "statement" case was established. Quietly taken out the back, where they"escaped". 40 something years of jail costs saved.

What is sad here is the sentences handed down from 9 yrs to 20 yrs to 3 men whose entire motivation was criminal from kidnapping a girl to force her into prostitution to attempted murder there's no rehabilitation for PPL like these , any Psychiatrist worth their salt will recommend lock all 3 up & throw away the key.

Thank god for frank residents ugh how mean of that "doctor" and his bedside manner? Yes it was an unnecessary act but name me one crime of murder/attempted murder that was "necessary". Way to go lady who spit!! Brilliant move! You had DNA and you chose witnesses that are poor identifiers when under stress. American policework for sure. Quick n simple instead of thorough and correct like Canada.
