No. Not true. Most buyers and sellers are legit. It's usually not that hard to suss out the scammers and crooks and hood rats with a little investigation, questions, paying attention to verbal clues, etc. Like, aint no way I'm gonna go meet some fool over anywhere near Cullen Blvd. That's straight up the hood. Notice that none of the robbery sites were in Montrose or the Heights or Sugarland or Kingwood, etc.
