I took a road trip from Michigan to Alaska in September 2017 with my 2 best friends. I discovered this song/Basho a week or so before I left and it set the tone for the entire trip. @@blessedgirl9919 let any one of you who is without sin be the first to throw a stone... you hypocrite, first take the plank out of your own eye, and then you will see clearly to remove the speck from your brother’s eye! through jesus all things were made; without him nothing was made that has been made. he has made everything beautiful in its time. he has also set eternity in the human heart; yet, no one can fathom what god has done from beginning to end. "where were you when I laid the foundation of the earth? tell me, if you have understanding." he says. for everything god created is good, and nothing is to be rejected if it is received with thanksgiving. for he also said to us: the lord works out everything to its proper end- even the wicked for a day of disaster. jesus declared: “go now and leave your life of sin," i recommend you change your heart after jesus' example, and to you i say this: "do not judge, or you too will be judged. for in the same way you judge others, you will be judged, and with the measure you use, it will be measured to you." by this measure, you know you worship an icon of god, little baubles and crosses and serve the worldly authority of the church, not god. you do not read the holy book and heed its words. judgement has found you, and... "the lord has done it this very day; let us rejoice today and be glad." and knowing you, hypocrite, perhaps you will recognize perhaps, thought your kind does not know gods words, only the lies of satan usurping the bible, that almost all of what has been said here by me are GODS WORDS, directly given. jesus said to peter: you do not have in mind the concerns of god, but merely human concerns. i say the same to you, for... our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. you presume to know, you then presume to be authority, but you don't know jesus whatsoever. you are a satanist in churchy clothing... if you love jesus, repent of your wicked ways and spread the love of jesus christ in ways that are effective, not condescension from someone who doesnt even read the bible.

I like breaking bad A LOT but this is Basho! Lets not cheapen this music by associating it with a TV series, albeit a very good one. This is art...

I connected with this song driving towards my town after having walked large expanses of steppe landscapes and consumed psylocybin, a sun almost going down, what a beautiful moment thanks to the music, thank you very much, Robbie Basho.
