I guarantee you Liam is not in shape and wouldn't have the discipline to get in shape. He would be gassed by the end of the first round. I personally think Robbie's music sucks and was a huge Oasis head growing up, but Robbie has discipline and he's in shape and would take the training seriously. Liam could potentially win a parking lot punch up if he managed to not be high for a night and even then I'm not convinced, talking smack is not being tough, maybe in today's snowflake generation it is seen as such, but its no substitute for being in shape and knowing how to actually fight. Someone trained will always beat someone untrained unless there is a massive size difference, and Robbie is more athletic than Liam is by a long shot. An actual boxing match is a totally different beast, Liam wouldn't stand a chance, he would be gassed by the end of the first round. Most people don't seem to understand what goes into a real organised fight, it's months of hard training, boxing is a highly technical sport that requires insane levels of cardio.

@@MdrnGmngScks Tbh Liam has balls and would be the one up for a fight round the back alley. Liam has proved that with his antics of days gone. Robbie showed when they had the chance to have a bust up back in the day Robbie didn't want it. I think he bought into the characature that Liam created. He's hard he's scary etc. Now Robbie is a bit older and actually trains and boxes he knows he could easily beat and old out of shape Liam in a ring. Boxing has a lot more to do with training and discipline than acting hard and being up for it. Liam can't train as he has no discipline so as Robbie says it would be an easy fight that he knows he would win. Liam also now probably gets that and also doesn't care about boxing Robbie as there isn't really anything to gain from it now. Not sure Liam cares that much anymore about if the public thinks he can beat Robbie in a ring. In other words will never happen and yes Robbie would almost definitely win easily and as you point out Liam would be done by the first round.

Liam has said that he would fight Robbie, he just isn't going to pay for it (the famous 100 grand challenge at the Brits from Robbie) Liam did square up to him at the Q awards one year soon after the Brits challenge and Robbie quickly left the awards show soon after, but its all just pantomime!
