21:15 so if you want it to feel more centered, go the the fader settings and shift it back a couple points. Typically setting it further behind gets crisper, but quieter, audio

I love how your trying to explain the audio fidelity but can't except through the happiness and words you commonly would use. I think the reason for the clarity is due to the front 4ch amp separating every input source into the respective ranges and those dash speakers are no longer 2-in-1's which gives reason to you saying the bass takes over in stock song listening. This was a great video and I enjoy how you show the raw and mistake filled aspect of DIY, makes it show we are not infallible to screwing up and that anyone can install these. Cheers

The 3.5 sizes speakers are the midd ranges, then you also should have the full range 6.5 door speakers.

Congrats, enjoy it. Have you considered a Stinger Heigh10 headunit? Im thinking if Im spending $400 on a PAC box to connect the RCAs to the factory headunit, might as well just finish it and get the $1k Stinger 10” headunit which comes the the RCA out plugs, and its an amplified headunit as well. Thoughts? Good move or skip?

you should get the bushwacker fenders that are basically the stock fenders but chopped with the little led running light. mainly because i want them but can’t find a good review lol. they would also look amazing on your jeep!

One thing I love about older vehicles, engine bay has nothing in it for hooking and running stuff between the cab and engine bay. Good about the Jeep with any interior installation is if you need light, you just remove the freedom panels LOL and get your garage lighting in :P Nice job on the install! I so gotta checko out OEM Audio.

So does the sub-woofer bracket need to be removed every time you change from the hardtop to the soft top? Also, I hated the straight-upright angle of the back bench and added blocks to recline the angle of the seat. A common modification. It looks like the subwoofer enclosure now won't fit.

what you are describing is a well balanced audio system, with a wide sound stage (maybe?) ... for example, this would be the difference between open back headphones vs closed back.. wider sound stage, more realistic sound environment reproduction

The best thing I did for my sound quality in my JLUR was to install the Hothead Headliners with Sound Assassin Mats. That on its own made a good improvement. Second things was the Terra Accoustics Front Stage speaker replacements (10 min if that install).

Great video! Did your setup come with a dual sub option?? Definitely worth the money if so. If you do have the option and only got the one sub then maybe consider it later. well worth it. Only saying because I have an '18 tundra with the evolution series sound system and it is pretty damn great. I hope you're happy with your setup!! Congrats!

Thanks for the install vid and something i might consider. You'd do yourself an huge favor by installing the roof lining system. Helps with temps and sound massively. Night and day difference for sound and also summer temps with the hardtop.

Bro no wonder the sound system didn't go that loud those speakers are wayyy too small to pump out any good sound from a stock audio system. I don't know what they were thinking, chrysler used to make the best audio systems, like my 1999 dodge dakota SLT, it Has a built in amp and 6.5 inch speakers and tweeters which pumps out some pretty good sound, only thing is I had to replace all the speakers because they are 23 years old and some kid was definetly playing music with the bass cranked and blew them all, but I can't believe jeep uses those tiny speakers that's crazy

A “Mid” is generally a 4” speaker or smaller meant to play the lower treble frequencies. I’m saying that jeeps apparently don’t have “Mid-BASS” speakers
