Btw, the B18A1 made 130 HP at the crank, the B18B1 made 140 HP at the crank stock. Your boost level is what will determine your power output. I made 412 whp on a B18B1 with stock internals, but the head had BC stage 2 turbo cams, dual valve springs with titanium retainers, and I ported and polished it slightly.

Depends on the b18a1 though. The 90-91 b18a1 made 130 like you say but the 92-93 made 140 and is the same as the b18b internally except for oil ports 👍

Use a new gasket and Liqui Moly Exhaust Paste. Its a liquid, that you put on your Exhaust Gaskets and it gets very hard, when Heat gets applied. Used it for all my Scooters. Works Fine. Greetings from Germany.

Check the wires in the rubber boot between the hatch and the rest of the car for reverse lights, I had a broken wire and reconnected it and fixed it

Dynos can be harsh on vehicles and will find the weak points. Alot of folks go through what you went through. Learn from it, get stronger and better then try again. Some solid motor mounts would do that thing some good also.

Learned this on my car and on a friends car a hole in the manifold doesn't rob you of much top end power. Just makes the turbo lag so you lose alot of the mid and low end.. If the turbo was making its 7psi then 200 and 170 are what it is going to make at 7psi....
