Trout opening 2023, it took me a little while to find the fish, but once I did I had great trout fishing catching quite a few trout of varying size. It took me a while to crack the code, but once I did it was worth it.

@robbiefishing thanks for the advice, I fished there a while ago and caught nothing but my dad wants to go, I'd much rather go somewhere like lake buffalo but my dad is set that there's big trout in there😂. Have you ever fished the 3 Kyenton lakes, they don't suffer heaps of fishing pressure and have quality trout along with a few murray cod in one of the 3 lakes called Upper Coliban. It is a bit hard to fish at first but once you find a few spots it's really fun. Might be worth a fish🎣.
